Office staffs were friendly aside from the dude prowling the parking lot asking why am I taking pictures, too late. Enrolled my cars into auction was quick process.

This is typical dealer only auto auction. Which is all fine but the only thing is they also crontract with public online auctions which are open to the public with certain days for viewing. THEY DON’T MENTION THAT when you get their. They send you away saying this place is for dealers only. I showed the reseptionist the website which said today is scheduled for vehicle inspection and she still tried to send me away. She was very unfriendly sassy and didn’t even want to hear what wanted to say. So I asked for her supervisor. No one came out to talk to me. Only a man came out and handed me the inventory and said go ahead. Ironically there’s a sign that says that Norwalk Auto Auction was the friendliest place in town. I think they should tear the sign down and throw it away. Good luck with this place. ☹️
