There was a mix-up and I left an original google review.Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from the owner completely rectifying the situation.Honestly, this is exactly what customer service looks like. Norton’s has the best feature for reordering flowers (I got a reminder email two weeks prior and that was awesome!!) The flowers that my step-mom received were absolutely stunning!!
