Positive: Responsiveness I needed help with my refrigerator. It wasn’t cooling. Over the phone I was advised to clean out underneath. No Change. I called him back. He did more assessing. Owner is squirly. I’ve used him in the past for washer repair. This time called for dryer repair. He was too late for first appointment and ghosted me for the second. The following day he calls and leaves a strange (sounded drunk) voicemail apologizing again. By that time, I had already called another place and dryer was fixed same day. Thanks but no thanks.
