You have to pay even though you upload your insurance card. They wait until you get there and tell you they don’t accept the insurance. If insurance is not accepted, then it should notify you once you enter insurance name and member number.Feels like a scam. $195 for rapid test

This review rating is NOT about the clinic experience; rather, it’s about the telephone receptionists who took my phone call about Rapid PCR covid test for international travel. I called twice yesterday, first call lasted 15 minutes and the second 10 minutes. The receptionists were the worst you could imagine. Not only they had no knowledge about the test, they dragged on and on with your personal information, the spelling of your name (on the first phone call I had to spell twice for first name, twice for last name), and then wanted to book you an appointment when they claimed that they would not guarantee you could receive the report before your international flight departure. They had no interest to know about the 72-hour covid test result by international travel regulation and how critical the test-result time line is for anyone who travels. They just want to book me an appointment, even at the cost of me not getting the result and missing the trip. And they don’t speak English very well. Completely ignorant and irresponsible.
