Nice enough dealership, good sales department, but dishonest service. I took my year-old car in to have the AC fixed and was told it was not covered by warranty because a mouse ate a wire. Well, I looked at said wire very carefully, and there were no chew marks on it at all. What I did see was a partially melted housing, so clearly something had shorted out and broke the wire. I pointed this out to the service manager but he refused to accept it, and I ended up shelling out several hundred dollars for the repair. Before I left, I told the service manager that I wouldn’t ever be coming back, nor would I ever buy another Honda, to which he simply said OK. When will these short sighted nincompoops understand the lifetime value of a customer? If you want a Honda, or service for your car, find another dealership!

What a great car shopping experience. We bought during the pandemic and upon entering the showroom, everyone was mindful of the recommended precautions. The selection of vehicles was outstanding and the buying process was done easily and quickly. Finalizing the finance paperwork was easy and the staff member stayed after hours with us to complete the paperwork and get it submitted. When it’s time to buy another vehicle, we will definitely be coming back here.
