Negative experience. I took a Bissel carpet cleaner. First the man who tested my machine told me there was nothing wrong with it and that it neede cleaning. I paid $38 for the cleaning. I trusted. Days later I tried to use it and it did not work. I took it back again. The man who checked the machine told me he had disasembled it and that he could not assemble it unless I payed for a new hose. He siad he had worked alll morning in the machine. I ended up payinf $52.76 more and it does not work. I bought it through amazon for almost $130 plus 38 plus 52.76 and it does not work. theree trips to that store. Gas, time equals money. I used it 2 times only. It is practically new. How unfair. I will not be buying this brand ever again and I would not recommend taking your machines to this place.
