My family doesn’t really shop at Latino stores anymore because the prices are lower at other stores like Stater Brothers and Sprout’s. However, Northgate will always carry items other stores don’t have when it comes to Mexican dishes. The selection is great when it comes peppers, meat, and prepared foods. We love the pan dulce too! However, the prices on some items get pretty close to Whole Foods which is why I have to knock down a star. Doesn’t make sense to have Whole Foods/Amazon prices. Customer service can also improve. There was a gentleman looking to get help with the tamales but no one would assist him in getting his tamales picked out even though there was plenty of associates. Another star knocked down.5 stars – 2 stars= 3 stars
