Great customer service!! I went in looking for a Milwaukee impact. They didn’t have in stock , but had no problem ordering it and got free delivery. Mia the cashier was very efficient and friendly.

Northern Tool offers very good coupons and sales on unique, functional, high-quality products. I purchased an adjustable stool at a great price that is absolutely perfect for playing the string bass. I just ordered a table for setting up recording gear, and it was the best price that I found on a high-quality, lightweight, portable table. And the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.

He mentioned that they had a shipment just come in and would be more than happy to call me once they had determined whether what I needed was included in the shipment.
