I ordered laces and a spinner from Northern Ice and Dance, and they arrived promptly! Because the spinner would take an extra week, the owner communicated the delay with me and decided to ship the laces first. That was a really nice gesture! The spinner ended up still arriving on time anyhow based on standard shipping estimates. The items also came beautifully packaged. I would highly recommend this shop for any skating accessory needs!

I paid an extra $9 for express 2 day shipping. It’s been a week and it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted them asking for a refund for the shipping cost since i shouldn’t have to pay extra for 2 day shipping if i’m not going to get it in 2 days. All she said was:HiI can’t control what happens at the post office.Thanks!CassieThey took no responsibility for my package being extremely late and made no effort to solve the issue.
