My 16-year-old daughter went to get her vehicle inspected and the bright light was not functioning properly. The quote that they gave my daughter was to remove the bumper and to remove the reservoir in order to access the light to replace the bulb. They explained it would be $120 an hour and would take a long time as it is difficult to remove the bumper on this vehicle (06 VW Beetle). She explained to them that the light has already been removed and that removing the bumper and reservoir are not necessary but they told her that was inaccurate. I’m not sure if they were taking advantage of a young person or if they just did not have a clue on what they were doing. Either way it took less than two minutes to pull the light out and fix the loose connection in order to pass inspection. Mistakes can be made but giving an estimate should be based on knowledge of the vehicle as opposed to just guesses. I’ve never had any issues at this location in the past so I’m not quite sure what the reasoning was for this specific situation but it was definitely frustrating to say the least.

The service was excellent. The staff made it clear to me what repairs were needed, how much they cost, and when they would be finished. They made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and had the car ready for me when they said they would.The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the service I received, and I will gladly recommend the business to my friends and neighbors.I can truthfully say “well done” to everyone there.

They went above and beyond to get me a new tire through another companies warranty. Kept me informed through the whole process as well. Superb customer service!
