I am extremely disappointed with North Shore Cabinetry customer service. After having my custom cabinets installed, I noticed a nick in the paint. I contacted them right away to address the problem before it got too big and really damaged the whole cabinet. I have been calling and emailing since Dec 2017 (yes, 1yr 8mos) – while I occasionally get a response, it has always been we’re busy, but we’ll get to you. Very unfortunately, I will now have to look elsewhere to fix my increasingly damaged cabinet.

I hired North Shore Cabinetry and Bob Walsh to design and install our kitchen during a major home renovation. It should have been the hardest room we did, but thanks to Bob and his team, it was the easiest. He is a true professional and mastercraftsman. His work was meticulous, he and his team were courteous and responsible. The kitchen came out beautifully and we love it now (years later) as much as we did then. Of all the things we did in the house, it was the most complicated and the one that could have given us the most problems, but Bob made it easy, painless, smooth, and helped us design it in a way that was completely functional. I would (and have) recommended Bob and would definitely use him again if I was doing a kitchen, bathroom, study, or any built-in. He’s a pleasure to work with and reasonably priced for what you get.

I worked with Northshore Cabinetry on my kitchen renovation and had a wonderful experience. The finished product looks amazing (Plato inset cabinets) and has held up extraordinarily well. I worked with Dean who was very knowledgeable and had a great eye for kitchens. The installation by their team was flawless and relatively quick. It is worth noting that they were about half the price of other cabinetry estimated I received in the Hamptons. Great work. They took a little bit longer to arrive than I expected, but it was all worth the wait.
