Had a woodstove installed and an older much larger one removed. Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend in the future!

Their service folks at the main office are amazing. George is a good guy and very knowledgable. Highly recommend getting chemicals and advice for your own pool maintenance.DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT have them provide weekly cleanings. You’ll end up with a pool like mine (see photo). And this isn’t the first time this year, or last year. Their cleaning crew, or lack there of, is terrible. They don’t show up on time, and do not take all proper steps to ensure your pool is clean and ready. Ours has been open for over a month, swam in twice, and has NEVER looked good. Last year, they had an employee that said they were going around cleaning, but they weren’t. I don’t think I can stress enough how abysmal their cleaning service is. For that reason, I am giving them 1 star.
