I was in a good mood before coming here. Would have bought well over $100 worth of items today but I asked 2 people for help and they were both rude, didn’t even look at me and didn’t want to help me. One lady at the return counter was just worried about me wearing my mask wrong and wouldn’t even talk to me until I fixed it. Even then, wasn’t interested in helping me. So I get up to the line and it’s a mile long with 3 cashiers not moving quick at all. I left without buying anything. I’m an easy shopper and usually go into stores for a reason and intentions on buying things and this was just not enjoyable at all. Service was awful. Your employees seem miserable. I will not be returning to this store. I like to treat people like human beings, this store does not unless you’re a mask wearing sheep.

Store was busy, but fairly clean. Not as organized as their regular store, but the great prices offset that. Even with the long line, there were enough checkers that it moved quickly, sanitation procedures done between each transaction. Convenient location, plenty of parking and a large variety of different stores to get your all errands done in one trip. Very close to Galleria for the few shops they may not have.

This store has really gone downhill. I’ve been a customer of Nordstrom & the rack for many years. This store looks like bargain basement. The clothes are all mixed together so you have no idea which department you’re shopping in. I was trying to purchase a set of rings. When I checked out there was one ring missing of the set & they wouldn’t sell it to me. I spent a long time choosing that set. They have eliminated petites…. Very disappointing.
