You can find some real deals but you better be prepared to wait in a very long line (30 minutes to 1 hour) to check out. There is no separate lines for returns and they really don’t have adequate staff to handle the number of people they are allowing into their store. TJ Maxx next door is limiting the number of people allowed to walk in to a manageable level so their lines aren’t one hour long.

Be ready to spend 40+ minutes for in-store pickup, if not more, because the line is the same for pick-ups (fast) and returns (very slow). There is one person handling all of that, and there are 25 people in line. Do the math. Lots of displays are in disarray.
