I understand this is a lower price designer/retail location, but I still believe no matter how low the prices are, customer service should be your priority.I think I have been treated better at Walmart than how the service was today. I have worked in retail and I most 100% understand a store’s goals, besides make your daily number goal, is treat the customer with respect.Especially when they are spending thei money at your business and helping you reach that monetary goal. Just a simple hello, did you find everything ok, thank you would of been sufficient to gladly purchase items at this location, but the fact that I didn’t even get a thank you is pretty disappointing. I mean all I got told to me at the register was my total, nothing else ! Honestly that just makes you feel like you shouldn’t even be spending your hard earned money at this business !
