I usually buy from Nordstrom Rack on line, I purchased 3 jumpsuits and had to return all 3 so I went in person. The line was around the ropes and down the isle. I do understand that stores are getting back slowly but have more than 2 cashiers. I would of mailed it back but they are such pains with their return policies.

Madewell items were found listed at full price and even some were marked up! This is ridiculous when the pretence of Nordstrom Rack is that items are supposedly discounted. They are selling the Northside Vintage Tee for $16.96 when the MSRP is $14.50… This makes me question the value of their other items and makes me question if other items are getting upcharged
