I used to love shopping in Nordstrom Portland. Whenever I’d go there, the employees would help me choose and advise me on makeup products and beauty devices and they were amazing. Here it’s the complete opposite. The staff is rude, unhelpful and even hostile, even when purchasing something. I’ve been there twice and it was this way both times. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
