Went in to buy my skin care and hair regimen. I wasn’t planning on coming here to shop the day I did. I was dressed with simple jeans and t-shirt and I guess for that reason I never was asked if I was finding everything okay. I needed assistance looking for my hair pills one lady worker was looking at me from head to toe instead of helping me. I finally found one friendly employee who assisted me with everything. I’ve had this happen at this location before. They really need to train their employees to be much friendlier and stop profiling people on the way they dress and look

Amazing layout, beautiful art as well as displays… This two story department store deep in the Grove serves as a hub with and outdoor cafe and incredible service. Most items are on the high end which is kind of not the most appealing thing about Nordstroms.
