My daughter was purchasing a pair of shoes and we couldn’t find the shoe the sales lady Samantha Pacheco ❤️ went above & beyond to make sure my daughter got the shoes for her graduation party I think she went in the back room and ripped the entire stock room apart to make sure my daughter received the perfect shoe after finding the shoes can you believe the credit card machine didn’t recognize my damn credit card soooooooo we had to order the shoes online we were in the store for an hour just to make a purchase Samantha never lost her cool the entire time I recommend her for employee of the month!!!

Great place to shop for makeup and shoes if you like being ignored by sale associates. Usually they’re busy chatting amongst themselves and won’t acknowledge you. Once in a while I’ll get a very friendly and helpful associate.

We shop in the kids department all the time for both clothes and shoes. There is also a quiet area by the elevator that we have used to feed our daughter. The sales people have always been helpful.
