I originally had to get my just my inspection done and that was done very well. I was told I had to have some extra work done that was highly recommended, I went back there and got the work done, after being told when I dropped the car off it would take less than an hour for the work I was very upset that my car was there for 3 hours. No one at the store communicates with each other, the receptionist didn’t even know what work I was getting done or if I bought the parts or if they did. When I was told I would be billed for only an hour and a half of work I asked why my car was there for 3 hours and told that they could charge me for 3 hours if they wanted me to. The only good thing I can say about this place is that my car is now fixed and inspected but after the terrible service inside none of my family members or I will ever go back.

Bought a 2013 Jeep had to replace the transmission in it after a week.brought it back there 3 times and they couldn’t figure out that the transmission was shot in it. Every time I went and picked it up and had to drop it back off the day after cus they didn’t do a single thing to it. Just let it sit there for weeks until I called. Had to bring it to a dealership to tell me that I needed to put a new transmission in it and nny wouldn’t pay for anything.
