Everyone in sales is friendly and very welcoming . I worked with Marcus . Ask for the service department very unprofessional and not friendly . Communication with them is hell they never answer the phone and never calls you back . They usually have 2 hours to call you back that’s bs . My car set at Nissan for 3 weeks after 3 weeks they told me nothing was wrong with my car . They made me pay $156 within 24 hour my check engine light came on took my car back for them to have it fixed with in 7 hours . They than told me i needed a new battery Gasket replacement and one more thing . So the $156 they kept tours the battery . Now how did all that need to be replace with the 24 hours was and not the 3 weeks my car set . Never going to this place . I now go to Burlingame
