Just purchased a used 2017 Rouge SV from Sean. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Went in Sunday morning to test drive, drove home a few hours later with my new car. Andy in finance took his time to ensure we got the best financing deal available for us and Ramiro the sales manager made sure we understood the terms and made sure that the car was ready to go. Yes there are additional dealers fees over the advertised price but they still have the best price. Would recommend if you are in the market for a Nissan. Thanks Sean!

Tried to give this dealership 3 chances and they blundered each time. Called about 3 cars listed on the website, was told all three are on the lot. Arrive there and the cars are no where to be found. Sales rep says they are pulling them around, 40 minutes later we are waking around the lot still looking for them. I was asked to come back in 20 minutes cause they are coming from a different lot. Come back and not only are the cars not there the sales person left early.Attempt two: go there call in advance, make an appointment to see two cars that I am told are there and priced to sell. Get there again cars are no where to be found. Jesse helps me this time, can’t find the car because they don’t have it yet. Like it’s not in Huntington, and they don’t know when it will be there. Shows me another two cars on the lot that I am told are 4,000 more than what they are listed as on the website. Told him my budget and he says, we can’t meet that with any of the 200 cars we have on the lot that have less than 70,000 miles on it. Mean while have a number of cars listed in my budget on their website. I also want to be clear that my budget was by no means like remarkably small or abnormal for what I was looking for. At the end he shows me a 2015 which has a price tag hanging in the window that says 2018. Frustrated, I leave and say thanks.Attempt three: manager Romero calls me asking me how my visit was and I share the info above. Apologizes and asks me toShare my budget again cause he is sure they have stuff and that I should just come back. Living 30 miles away i say i wanna see a picture of the cars he has before. I ask him to send me them he then shows me 4 cars that are 100-200$ more than I just said I was able. I reiterate my budget and he says he will call me back. Nothing for 2.5 weeksThis week a different manager calls me and let’s me know they have just the car that I am looking for . I ask him what car and he says come in and we can show you.To say run from this place would be an understatement!
