I want to recognize the following employees Calvin and Lawrence. I stoped by this outlet to return some basketball shoes they close at 6pm I was there at 5:58 pm as I rushed from work to make it there before closing. Both of these young men took the time to find a perfect fit they were friendly and helpful. Im so happy with my shoes Thank you guys.

This is a great outlet store and although the clothes and shoes are the same as any other Nike outlet store, the level of service offered here was different than any I have experienced at a Nike store. Hunter and Alessandra were the two associates that helped me in the store yesterday and I can’t say enough about how impressed I was by how willing both of them were to go above and beyond to make my shopping experience pleasant and memorable.The store was clean, all of the associates were attentive, and they were able to order anything that wasn’t in stock. I couldn’t have asked for much more. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had at a Nike outlet, and actually the best experience I’ve ever had at a Nike store in general, including the Niketown Store in NYC. Alessandra and Hunter deserve to be recognized for their commendable service and I will definitely come back to the store because of my first experience I had with them.
