Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes that were at the off-site location so they told me they would order them for me and send them to my house. I waited over a week just to find out they canceled my order so they could offer to sell me a more expensive item. Their manager James gave me some excuse about that I would have to deal with Nike.com. Very dishonest person. Won’t ever shop here again!!

What a Line! Is it worth the wait? .. meh. I went recently to get shoes for my son. I planned to go early on a Sunday morning before the store opened, and when we arrived.. A Line was already started. Before opening! Geez.We stood in line & the store opened and we were in! Everything was clean and organized. The selections were ok, not memorable.
