Great deals! However I know it is a pandemic, social distancing, etc. I requested a chair and they looked at me like I was an alien. I can’t sit on the floor or hop on one leg to try shoes on. They did oblige and I told them when I was through and thanked them. Staff was less than helpful. The lady at the check out stand was marvelous, sweet, cheerful, helpful, should have noted her name. So be prepared for almost no assistance from staff. Next time I will bring my own lawn chair so I don’t have to inconvenience the staff. Also note shoe sizing is crazy. I had to go up one to two sizes to find shoes that fit properly. Worth the trip for reasonably priced shoes. Would have given 5 stars if the staff would have been helpful.

– The good: they have variety of running, sportswear, and basketball shoes and clothing (you can find a few good deals if you dig deep through the racks or wait for the staff to put shoes out).- The bad: the associates. From ten people I saw working there only two were willing to help me (looking for a different size or color on their phone and on the floor). Expect to hear the No. Everything we have is already out… argument over and over again. They have the shoes and clothing, they just don’t want to look for you in the back, nor even in their phones. Eventually, one of the ladies got me the pair I needed after I was told No several times.These folks just don’t know what customer service means. If you want to have a great Nike experience go to the Nike Clearance Store at San Leandro, CA or visit your nearest Nike Factory stores; the associates are willing to go the extra mile for their customers there and will be honest when looking for an item for you.
