If I could give a 0 star I definitely would. First, the store is so small to begin with and have very limited selections. The frontline staff never greet customers, when you enter they will show you a poker face at best or simply ignore your presence. I mean: How hard is it to say something like Welcome to Nike or Good morning / afternoon? At least this makes people feel more welcomed to the store. Also, their customer service is slow and always have an attitude as if you owe them something. This is a name-brand retail store, and is supposed to offer good service and positive attitude. If you make people feel sick spending money here, people will never come back, but seem like you guys don’t even get this simple principle of attracting and retaining customers.For whatever reason, if you are not happy to work there, then quit. Or if you are not people-oriented, hate dealing with people asking questions or returning stuff, then you should also quit and look for jobs in different nature. I’d rather buy online than looking at all these arrogant, slow-paced, poker-faced workers at a Nike store which is located at a relatively high-end area in West Plano. These people truly ruin the image of Nike. I will never spend a dime at this Nike store again, never!

This Nike is awesome, great customer service and nice looking store. People writing bad reviews expect the store to be perfectly ran on its opening day when things can and will go wrong, it’s not the stores fault that the wrong date the store was opening was incorrectly put on the website by the personnel who handle the website not the actual employees in the store, mistakes happen but they handled the situation very professionally. The wait in line to receive a wristband pass so that there’s no mad rush for customers to get their hands on merchandise was genius and anyone complaining about these issues are petty crybabies. Trust this location is the best.

I visited this location on Friday, customer service was very good. Many complaints said service was bad, however it’s always an adjustment when opening a new store. Everyone greeted me and multiple employees ask if I needed help. I’m very satisfied with my new kicks !
