My 1st time here and I’m very pleased with their work! The women at the desk was pleasant and reassuring in making sure to get the job done as soon as possible. Prices are great and service is even better!!! Highly Recommended!!

I arrived at Nichols with a window stuck down in my door that wouldn’t close. I was told it was probably a window regulator but someone could take a look in a few minutes. An hour passes, and I’m given my price and timeframe for repair. After leaving I discover that my drivers door now does not open from the inside nor does it lock. I go back to Nichols and ask them to take a look at my newly broken door and they immediately tell me that the broken door is a symptom of my window and tried to not look at it. I told them I didn’t care about the window problem but I drive too much to not have an opening front door. They took 2 hours to take the panel off and diagnose the problem, which they still blame on the broken window regulator. The guy doing the work tells me it needs a new cable but shouldn’t be replaced until the whole assembly is replaced. He can make a functioning fix for it in the meantime (door does not lock or close properly, but at least now opens and closes at will.) When I walk to the desk the woman rudely asked me what a neighboring garage said/did/worked on concerning my window after seeing their business card on my passenger seat. Nichol’s staff was slow, rude, and I’ve now left the garage with more problems than I arrived with. Not happy and certainly not returning.
