It was a real pleasure shopping here at Nice Kicks at Haight-Ashbury St. for the first time today.. We received an excellent service from Tre’ & Marty did a fantastic job on helping us. Inventory is bleak, and despite what is says on their receipt, they won’t issue refunds. According to the very knowledgeable staff at the store, this location is on a ‘different database’ and that’s ‘the policy’. Don’t make supporting brick and mortar locations so hard. Back to online shopping for my next pair of overpriced ‘nice kicks’

The staff and environment here is super nice. There is a variety of different shoes from Asics to Nikes and casual walking shoes. I can always depend on this store whenever I need some shoes. Jessie and Miles especially have been a major help every time I visit the store along with the other workers and the manager Kevin. Definitely plan to be coming here every time I need some new kicks!
