All tours of the New York State Capitol last up to one hour and are free of charge.

I was really hoping for it to be more interesting… There was no tour and there wasn’t much to see around the building. Wasn’t even able to go up the front stairs because it’s closed off due to being unsafe…

If you’re visiting the area, it’s well worth checking out the capitol building. The craftsmanship and history of this building is pretty amazing. Photographs don’t do it justice. You need to see this with your own eyes. The detail in the stone carvings is a must see. The concourse that runs below the area is also pretty cool. You can stop in Logan’s and get a delicious sandwich while you’re there.

Such lovely city . Nice place to take pictures . New York State Capitol gonna bring you a lot stories about the state whiling you explore the city.To get there from NYC you can take the bus from Greyhound. It’s cheaper and the location to drop off is great . Once you decide go there google ”ALBANY “ on your phone and look up for “things to do in Albany “ or “people also search for” . It’s gonna help you to find the most tourist place of Albany .
