Restroom facilities are not good at all..it is very important during COVid time…gym facilities are perfect and lots of other activities are available like pool, basketball… separate family hours are also available for pool…also regarding the monthly fees..I cancel my subscription but still they gave charged me for 2 months…so be cautious on that..and clear your doubts with the management while taking yearly subscription

Offering my sincere kudos to Karen and the team at this particular club for resolving a billing issue that presented itself during the world pandemic. While most of us including NYSC are influx trying to figure out how to revamp ourselves, one thing that remains constant, are the people you interact with that come with solutions, proper expectations, curtsy, and truly advocacy on your behalf.I am not a member at the moment anymore due to the pandemic keeping me away from large spaces of gathering, the way my situation was handled easily makes me consider my returns when things cool down. Not all gyms/clubs are equal, and if you are looking for a gym, consider speaking to the team at this club for options. Thank you White Plains team. Stay safe and healthy.

I love the atmosphere, it’s clean has lots of equipment and the front desk service is very good. The only complaint is that the seated bike seats are loose and missing screws that causes safety problems.
