The team was really nice but unfortunately they could not produce the products that they promised. I worked for about a month with a team member to confirm a high quality label for a fashion brand that ultimately came in incorrectly. They rushed production to re-do the project but on the second round it all came incorrectly, yet again and there was no communication. The production house informed that the style I wanted was NOT possible but they did not communicate that to me & still produced tags to a quality that THEY thought was good enough – not what I ordered. So after 2 months of waiting for my order I ended up with nothing and had to start all over with another company.

Excellent customer service, quick turnaround and a really great product! I’m working to order things within the USA and don’t always have the best luck but I will be ordering again! I used to wait WEEKS to get patches from overseas, I couldn’t believe how quickly they came.

Honestly the best quality labels I’ve tried out of a handful of vendors. They have a straightforward approval process for proofs and actual pictures (if you choose the option). Customer service is prompt, friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had to call to ask a question. The only drawback to ordering from here is the longer lead times but in all fairness this is stated very apparently when ordering and they always ship and deliver within the specified time-frame which is anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the service you select. That said I wish their lead time was shorter but they make up for it by being transparent about it and providing a really good quality product.
