Such fun and educational experience visiting this store. The quality of their knives is first class. The amount of knowledge that Elizabeth Harris has on each of their products left me speechless. The displays are amazing. They also have a fun area for Tomahawk throwing for those of you looking for a bit more excitement.I highly recommend that you stop in and say hi to Elizabeth while you’re in St Helena. You won’t regret any purchase from this store. They also provide sharpening services.

Nice collection of American made knives, ranging from small folders through a range of fine kitchen knives to some lovely custom pieces. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in a nice location. The blades are first rate, but know that they are priced accordingly. Worth the price though for quality steel.
