Very delicious food… but service on the other hand was not good at all. Our waitress was not nice whatsoever, she was rushing us the whole time, and gave us a cold coffee. Never once asked us how our food was, or if we needed a refill. Waited over an hour to be seated, very small seating area for such a big crowd of customers. I understand, you get busy and have a rough day but this waitress could have been much nicer and personable .. first time ever going there, and most likely will be my last 🙁

Warm, inviting, and a delicious place to have breakfast. Along with the cozy atmosphere, the pancakes are huge and tasty. For my beverage, I ordered the vanilla chai tea latte and it was one of the best I have ever had in the Syracuse area. Our server, Carmella, was exemplary! She was very informative, attentive, with a scintillating personality. Their store offers a variety of interesting things to purchase. We bought soup and pancake mixes. My husband and I will certainly be back to try some of the other items on their menu soon.

Their food is PHENOMENAL but their service is sourly lacking. The servers are inattentive and don’t check on you at all until they drop the check. For example— I had to walk to the serving area to ask for silverware. I have to get my own high chair for my child because the server never comes back with it after asking if I want one. Wish they’d improve on this because they have some of the best breakfast in town!
