I’ve always been wary about going to dealerships, whether for service or buying a car. I tend to prefer buying from private parties. However, I found a CPO car I really liked and upon my first contact with the internet sales manager, Monica Perez, I was amazed at how professional every one was. I talked to Monica over email and phone for a couple of days and she was extremely willing to work with me to get a great deal.After we agreed on a price, I made my way over to the dealership and was able to meet Monica in person. She was just as professional and easy to work with in person as she was over the phone. The whole process went smoothly and she tried to make it as safe and efficient as possible. Sean Wang walked me through signing the paperwork, and he was professional and friendly as well. He explained every sheet concisely and answered any questions I had.Overall, this has been the best experience I’ve had at a BMW dealership. I live about an hour away, but will not hesitate to return in the future. Their professionalism and friendliness has won me over as a customer for life. Other BMW dealerships should really take note and learn from them.

Great deal on new tires for my X3. Got an alignment with the tires. It fixed a slight pull to the left that I have had for a while. Had an electrical issue that required a new battery which was covered under warranty. Shawn was helpful and courteous as always. It was a productive service experience.
