I’ve been coming to this store since 2015. Always satisfied. Today. June 1st, i returned a pair i bought last week, in exchange for a different pair. Also, purchased a pair on sale.. smooth transaction.My feet feel awesome in these shoes.The store has a wide variety – if they’re out, they will look to see which store is in stock the arrange to have them shipped. Usually 2 days.The tech foot measuring software is a great tool !! – keep in mind each pair should be tried on though. Eg., the assessment said im a 9 W. But after trying a few pairs i settled on 2 different pairs, the one pair I bought is a 8.5 W, the other pair is a 9w.The two women working this afternoon made it a WONDERFUL experience:, professional – knowledgable, warm and friendly. Customer service makes it worth a trip to this store!

Staff are nice, but no communication.Came in last week(Wednesday) I was going to buy shoes but they were out of stock. So they lady helped me order the shoes from another store. She said shoes will arrive at your house in 1 – 2 days. Cool. Never got a confirmation or email. So waited the 2 days called back Monday. Talked to this guy called Mike. He said they made a mistake on their end that the cashier put the wrong information. He said he talked to the manager from the other store and said they will ship out today(Monday) at the time. Said they’ll arrive Wed. Shoes DID NOT ARRIVE. NO call or anything. Still haven’t arrive. Basically taking it as a Loss
