Great experience shopping at the New Balance store in Westchester. I was looking for a particular pair of sneakers that were sold out everywhere. They went as far as to check online to order them for me and have them shipped to my home, but they were also sold out on the website. Before walking out Christopher who happens to be the Manager took my number and called me when a pair in my size were returned. First class customer service

I’ve been shopping at the New Balance store on Tarrytown Road in White plains for the last few years. They always have great customer service and a smart salespeople who really seem to love their jobs. Since the pandemic, I’ve avoided going into stores and was debating how to replace my worn out sneakers. I was debating ordering on line but I’ve always liked trying on shoes before buying them. My wife suggested calling my New Balance store, she was pretty sure they’d have a record of the shoes I bought the last time I was in their store.SHE WAS RIGHT! I called and spoke to Ejona.Ejona checked my phone number and told me ( to my surprise) that it’s been over two years since I had purchased my sneakers. I wanted a new pair of running and tennis sneakers. Ejona told me she’d be happy to either ship( at no charge ) me my new shoes or I cups come to the store , call fromMy car and she’d bring me the shoes to try on! That’s exactly what I did! And the shoes fit perfectly. I called back and gave Ejona my credit card and drove away feeling great, knowing I had the right size sneakers for my feet and that I had a very safe and healthy shopping experience!

Had a great experience here today with Scott! As a physical therapist I know the importance of proper footwear and Scott was very knowledgeable! He assessed my foot and was able to find the right shoes for me and correct size! I would definitely recommend anyone everyone to come here and see Scott.
