If I could give this place zero stars… First and foremost, the way the items (which are luxury items) are stored and displayed make it seem that I am in a Nordstrom rack. Once, there was a rack of luxury shoes on a clearance rack!My last visit was to purchase some Valentino and Chanel shoes. I walked over, and this lady rushed me to pick shoes to try on as they were closing in 20 minutes. I asked for a larger size, she said I didn’t need it. Then when my husband mentioned it’s hard to choose luxury shoes in 10 minutes before closing, she snapped, well we want to go home! In other luxury stores, they will not rush you and provide the level of service to make you feel comfortable in purchasing. I told her I would come back when the store is not turning their lights off (it was 5:55 PM and the store was shutting their lights off). The lady then proceeds to tell me, the shoes will be gone tomorrow, I won’t get commission, etc. etc. I apologized way too much to her (looking back). I’m sorry, but I am not going to drop $2K on two pairs of shoes when you won’t even bring me the size I need, and the store is turning their lights off, and you are rushing me to buy right now (deciding on luxury shoes in 10 minutes is not my style)! She tells me I can return if needed. Looking at these reviews, I don’t think that’s the case! We were out of there at 6:05 and we couldn’t believe the level of terrible customer service. I HATE this store, wish we had a store that values their customers and their products. They act like they are millionaires and we are ones working there.
