Wow! Went in today needing jeans and pants but not feeling like dropping $200 a pair. With the help of Tony Miles in the men’s department I found amazing items in my size on the clearance racks. Ended up leaving with 5 items across Vince, Rag & Bone, & Theory brands for avg item price of $80.00!!!! Now that’s a win! Definitely ask for Tony if you’re a guy that likes some assistance with style and finding great deals.

Departments don’t answer phone and do not call back. Literally every Neimans in Texas within driving distance can not seem to answer a phone. Or call back. The operators here were nice though so you have that going for you. I think 4 days is long enough to get a hold of someone, I’ll go somewhere else.
