Beware of this dealership. Not to be trusted. Sheldon is a great guy and tried his best to get us into the best car for our family, we spent hours going back and forth and finally came to a deal we could afford and a car we loved. We signed everything they asked paid the down payment and even ended up purchasing the top maintenance package recommended to us. We just had to wait 2 days for them to bring us the car. Unfortunately that’s where things went so wrong. Apparently the manager Walt had messed up and ordered us the wrong car. And instead of making it right he told us there was nothing he could do, the car we loved and spent hours on negotiating “did not exist” and if we wanted something similar we would have to pay more!!!! In the end we left extremely disappointed and without a car. This traumatized us so much we didn’t even try to look for another car again to replace the lease we have that is almost up. So please beware, if you have to go here make sure you are negotiating for a car they have on the lot that you can actually see, don’t deal with the manager Walt. 🙁

Very friendly staff, not pushy. Got nice SUV for a good price. This Tiguan Limited has keyless entry, push button start, Apple car play and Android Auto, leather steering wheel, electronic parking brake, upgraded all weather floor mats, first aid kit, accessory kit, roof rails, 17 alloys, four wheel disc, 200HP turbo engine, and more. Great vehicle for the price. This is the 2017 model carried into 2018 because people still wanted the smaller size instead of the larger 2018 Tiguan model.
