These people are the best and I can’t fathom why others have issues, or say they do. They offer personalized service and go the proverbial extra mile. One example, my copay coupon expired and the pharmacist, Lana, got me a new one or renewed it, on her own initiative, with the drug company, instead of having me do it. They contact me right away when there’s an issue with a prescription, or a delay. I like patronizing local, independent businesses but sometimes they don’t deliver. This place does and I really appreciate their efforts. And the cat is sweet!

Stopped using pharmacy because of incredibly rude service. Never saw the clerk smile or greet a customer until she bent to pet a customer’s dog and oozed affection. Often a line in very narrow aisle to reach the counter. Recommend Modern Pharmacy on Second Street
