Amtrak supposed to be in Needles @ 12:16 AM. It is now 1:25AM still no Amtrak. It would be nice is there was a reader board that identifies departure and CORRECTED estimated time of arrival. This is terrible service. Had to sit in car in 104 degree temperatures. This is disgusting.

Poorly marked parking lot, and I kept guessing where I needed to go to board the train … get here early enough to wander around the place until you find it yourself because there is no staff around to help you . Very cool building with a waiting room and usable restrooms. Basic with no vending machines or comforts
