Do NOT purchase a frame from them, it’s all junk, overpriced junk. Purchased a mattress and frame with headboard in January 2021. First frame showed up and looked used, plastic removed, smudge marks, small tears. I requested another and they sent one. Now, after 4 months it has completely fallen apart. Contacted Nectar and they said oh well, shipping another. I requested my money back, no go, still shipping another.

I wrote a review about 2 weeks and I don’t see it posted! Still dealing with my dresser, that was damaged during the first shipment. The second replacement also damaged. Told it’s basically my problem to dispose of their damaged products and no option to pick up?!! Poor customer service overall and for the mattress…I ended up canceling because it took over 4 weeks. Can’t review the mattress if the timing is awful. I bought another one similar at Costco and it’s fine! Do not buy anything from Nectar and read the reviews on Google first not their website!

UPDATE: within twelve hours of submitting this review and replying to the last email they sent with a link, I received confirmation that the refund was being processed in full, and the credit showed up the next day. Changing my rating from one star to three because they did respond and refund the purchase price, just be aware that if you DO decide to take them up on the return policy and get the same runaround, public notice is an effective way to get the issue resolved.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HUGE LOOPHOLE IN THEIR 365 NIGHT TRIAL!!!!We ordered a king-sized Nectar mattress in July 2020. It arrived a week later, but the mattress protector bonus that came with the set didn’t arrive until August. The first three months, the mattress was comfortable enough, but rapidly started to deteriorate and sag where my husband and I sleep, and the edges crumpled in. Well, last week my husband’s back seized up so we finally pulled the trigger to start processing the return. We are still within the 365 night sleep trial that made us feel comfortable enough purchasing a mattress online. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! After initiating an online return request FIVE DAYS AGO, we have been emailing a revolving door of retention specialists and client success managers who are refusing to process the request based on the condition of the mattress. They want to have the mattress picked up and donated to one of their charity partners and said we needed to make sure it would be acceptable for donation (I get it, if they donate the mattress, then the company can write off 100% of the sales price of the mattress).I responded letting them know that the mattress had been cleaned, although cosmetically it still isn’t perfect, but even if it was all bleached white the mattress is NOT good enough for any one of their charity partners to use because of the sagging middle sections and edges, so we offered to dispose of it on our own. Here’s the last email I received:With both defective mattresses as well as non-defective returns our policy states the mattress must be in good condition. While we can certainly allow you to dispose of the mattress yourself, which we can send you instructions for, we first need to make sure the mattress, per our terms, is in good condition. In order for your return to be approved, we are asking that spot cleaning be attempted again and pictures submitted to us showing the mattress in good condition. At that point, I can gladly assist with disposal instructions and processing a refund.SO HERE IS MY QUESTION: if the mattress is going in the dump, then WHY does it matter if there are any cosmetic issues? The condition is bad because the product is BAD. What is the reason behind their terms, except to find excuses to not give out the refund? I told them I would be posting reviews if they didn’t resolve the issue, and will gladly update this if they decide to do the right thing and move forward with the refund. I’m adding photos so you can see for yourself. It’s also worth noting I read a bunch of different review sites that compared these online mattress brands and the Nectar seemed to be the best fit for our needs. I should have spent more time looking through the unbiased, non-sponsored Google reviews. Don’t make the same mistake we did!
