I went today to get a hair cut I checked in at 16:45 under Sam’s name the barber know me very well he always cut my hair. after he checked my ID he told me you are civilian you can’t get a hair cut here ,this is only for Military members, I am a Dli employee and this barber been cutting my hair since I start going there. He was rude and seems rushing to go home
