Fantastic customer service! I was one of the first customers on the store’s opening day and I received and am still receiving the best customer service. Susan Brown, sales associate, was so very patient and professional and helped us find the perfect style and colors for our new living room. My furniture was also delivered earlier than expected which was a nice bonus! 5 stars all the way!

We have been shopped for a sopha since last year, finally we found the perfect one at Natuzzi in Costa Mesa, the design, the quality 100% made in ITALY. I will give Larry 5 stars with his exceptional customer services, with his patience and professionalism. We will be buying another loveseat soon. I am recommend this place.
