This is my dogs third time getting groomed and Tiffany has been consistent every time! She always triple checks with me in detail, asks me before I leave if I love his hair cut and if she needs to make changes, and my dog absolutely loves her. My other dog gets nail trimming there and with him being a special dog she meets his needs and is very careful with him. Would highly recommend this location the staff is so friendly has always helped me with any questions I have! Would never go anywhere else!

I want to give a shout out to one of your employees! I feel terrible. I was given a card with her name on it but I must have misplaced it. Her name may have been Natalie? If I’m wrong, please comment and I will correct it.I came into the store to buy Zignature (kangaroo) dog food. I had a discussion with one of your employees who ended up educating me on something new. She made me feel reassured on something that was already in the back of my mind so I want to thank her for being so kind as to educating me and helping push me into the direction I had wanted to go. I have yet to give my dog the dog formula so this is based strictly on the amazing service the employees provide!

Natural Pawz was amazing! It was Canelita’s first grooming ever and not only was the place extremely clean and everyone working there was so nice and explained in detail the process, but the prices are fair! When they brought her to me, I noticed she was so comfortable and happy, something it is hard for her to do with people she doesn’t know. Definitely staying loyal to this place.
