I absolutely hate writing bad reviews!Very disappointed. I used to shop here all the time and always loved the selection of quality items. I recently purchased a Bobbi Boss wig (for twice the amount I could have bought it online), but I was in a pinch. The price was not the problem, though. I have bought this particular wig before and dismissed the fact that she wouldn’t let me try it on. I figured it was because of covid.So I got home and tried it on and it didn’t fit well. I also noticed that it was really thick on top. I thought maybe I just needed to cut the lace and try it with my hair pinned down better. After I couldn’t get it to fit properly I called and she said to bring it in. She put it on me and insisted that it fit even though it slid up every time I smiled or spoke. She wouldn’t listen to me and said it was fine even though it wasn’t. This is what I discovered when I was trying to figure out the problem. (Photos)I am so disappointed because I never had a problem here before and because it cost me over $70 for a wig that is no good.

Worth the drive! It is the only place I have found in Orange County with braiding hair. The place is small, but extremely organized and clean. All types of hair products, crochet hair, braiding hair, extensions, wigs, ponytails, sew-in style kits, headbands, hair accessories, silk scarves and more! The woman knows exactly where everything is. Her prices are amazing! She is such a sweet lady. I will definitely be back.
