From the moment we walked in to Nathan Alan, we knew we were in the hands of professional jewelers who had our interests at heart. They were patient and educational as my wife evaluated many options for her ring. Despite covid and the store being closed along with the mall, Nathan Alan continued to answer the phone and work with us to ensure my wife received the exact ring that she wanted in a timely fashion. They were very helpful in figuring out what I would like and I fell in love with an oval, halo diamond and a matching wedding band. When my (now) husband went in to purchase the ring I liked, the team at Nathan Alan made it very easy.Since we got the rings, we’ve brought them in numerous time to get cleaned. They always do a fantastic job! Even with COVID happening, Alan stepped in to make sure my ring was taken care of in time for our wedding. When I saw the earring in the window, I was attracted by it. It was so beautiful. I walked into the shop. There was a man who was very professional and patient. We had a good chat. The earrings I chose were of high quality, almost impeccable, and of course they were expensive, so I didn’t buy them that day.
