Unfortunately my department uses these fools for our uniforms. I have never once gotten an item in a timely manner. More often than not, patches are sewn incorrectly and begin to fall off quickly. I ordered some jackets and they waited two weeks to let me know they were on backorder, and gave no time table for when they might be in. I hate this store!
