We are extremely happy with the gas fireplace insert (Mendota) we got from Napa Valley Hearth in Nov ‘18 (I am writing this after 3 months of use). Patty is very knowledgeable about the options and was very professional throughout the process. She came to our home to make measurements, helped us with the selection, and the installation team she sent was very skilled and personable.
