Awesome customer service!! We were having a had time finding the correct sized ball hitch for our travel trailer. Once we bought it here and took it home we realized we didn’t have a big enough socket to get it right. Came to Napa to get a huge socket and breaker bar (with help from Evan). Went to the parking lot and realized that the design of my system wouldn’t allow the socket to fit around the nut, so I went back inside and Evan did his best to help me. He then recruited Ron for further assistance and we were able to get everything squared away right in the parking lot! Truly above-and-beyond service! Thank you, Evan and Ron!
